RETURNS

You can return your item within 14 days of purchase.

All jewellery are refundable except for earrings due to hygiene reasons.

The product you're returning must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refund then will be processed within 2 days from when we receive your product. It can take up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please note that the refund will be processed excluding a small handling fee of £2.99 (this takes into account the postage, packaging, and insurance involved in getting your item sent out to you). For example, if you paid £20 for your purchase, you will receive a refund amount of £17.01.

International customers and customers who paid a shipping fee will be refunded the full amount excluding the shipping charge which they paid. Please note additional insurance on orders over £50 will be excluded from the refund. Refunds where orders have been sent back due to incorrect addresses will deduct an additional return fee (based on delivery method and dimensions of the package).

Orders containing promotional items must be returned, as these promotions only apply based on a purchase value for the refund to apply.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us stating the item and size you require. The delivery fee for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer, who will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting the amount (UK Customers Information: £3.49 for standard shipping, £4.50 for Tracked, or £7.99 for a nominated delivery. International Customers: Same as the shipping price paid on the order).

Please note that returning an item for a refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense.

Earrings are not accepted for refunds/exchanges for hygiene purposes.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders can be requested to be cancelled prior to being shipped out. Please note this request is not always possible if the order has already been shipped or the request is received after the shipment of the package. The refund will be processed excluding a processing fee (which is a fee we pay to the payment gateway).
