At Dinaz Jewellery, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and payment policies.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are subject to 3-5 working days processing time. Please note that during busier times of the year, such as around Valentines Day, Black Friday, and Christmas, orders may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.

Busy seasons may vary our standard shipping times and normal shipment times will not apply. We advise selecting Tracked or Special Delivery at checkout during the months of November and December.

Special and Tracked 48 parcels and express orders will take priority.

Working Days do not include weekends and public holidays. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number.

Please add info@dinazjewellery.com. to ensure that your tracking email does not go to your Junk folder. Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you. If it has been more than 4 working days (Please allow this timeframe during busy sale periods) since you placed your order please check your Junk/Spam folder.

 

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL

Packages are classed as “lost” if it has been more than 15 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package as well as confirmation by the delivery courier stating this. Please email us at info@dinazjewellery.com and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order.

Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information/refused or failure to being claimed will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient which is based on the weight and dimensions of the package and handling fees.

Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee and return fee.

Once a parcel shows proof of delivery on the tracking and is confirmed as delivered by the courier, it will be considered successfully delivered. In such cases, non-delivery claims will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued nor can the parcel be re-sent.
